Open the registry editor, START> RUN> TYPE REGEDIT> ok. Go to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE \ System \ CurrentControlSet \ Services \ NetBT \ Parameters, then on the right hand column, locate and open TransportBindName. After that empty parameter in the Value data and click OK.
Finally go to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE \ Software \ Microsoft \ OLE, search Enable DCOM in the right column and open. In the Value data field parameters by default will be filled in Y, change Y to N and then click OK. Close the registry editor and other applications and then restart.
