Broadcast address is the IP address in the special use to send or receive information that should be known by all hosts on a network. each IP datagram has a header containing the IP address of the destination address. With this address, then only the destination host the datagram memperoses, while others will host it. Well, What if a host wants to send datagram to all hosts in a network with it?

- IP Broadcast which is unique
- Broadcast Address is always the same for each host a single network
Broadcast Address is obtained by making the host bits to 1. This is in contrast with the network address, which is where all host bits to 0
